I was initially drawn to this industry because I loved the direct feedback and visible results that come from hard work and dedication. Over time, I realized the greatest satisfaction comes from teamwork and the collaboration it takes to solve problems together. The part of the project process I enjoy most is building healthy teams—because through experience, I’ve learned we are always stronger and more successful collectively. I believe the best outcomes come from trust, shared goals, and the relationships built along the way. What inspired me to join StoreyPM was learning about the company’s culture and its focus on respect, professionalism, and collaboration. I strive to embody composed leadership by leading through example and approaching every project with honesty, clarity, and a commitment to shared success.
