I’ve been building things and taking them apart for as long as I can remember—everything from Legos to treehouses to helping my dad redo our basement. That curiosity about how things work eventually led me to study Construction Management, and I’ve been fascinated ever since by the process of bringing projects to life. What I enjoy most is seeing a building open to its end users for the first time—watching people experience a space you helped create is incredibly rewarding. I believe composed leadership is key to every successful project. Challenges are inevitable, but how you respond defines the outcome. I take pride in approaching every situation calmly and collaboratively, helping teams stay focused and confident.
