I’ve always been drawn to the process of turning an idea into something tangible. There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a concept take shape and become part of a community. What I enjoy most is working through the challenges that come with that process—finding creative solutions, collaborating with the team, and pushing through obstacles together. Those moments not only move the project forward, but they also strengthen the relationships behind it. That team dynamic is what makes the work meaningful. What drew me to StoreyPM was hearing how much people genuinely value the culture and the way the team supports one another. I’m especially passionate about shared success—making sure every voice is heard and that credit is given where it’s due—because the best outcomes always come from a team that’s aligned and working together.
