Kenna Gamble

I get to spend every day working on a diverse team, helping the people around me succeed, and building awesome projects in the process. Each is different from the next, and I love delivering projects that improve the world around us. None of it is possible without a collaborative and accountable team that allows us to leverage individual strengths and expertise, and I aim to build this culture on every project I touch. I started my career in general contracting, and it's been exciting to lean on my expertise in a new way to guide informed and timely decisions. My background helps me remain calm when facing tough conversations and situations—knowing there's always a path forward and it's my job to forge it.
