I’ve been around construction for as long as I can remember, and I’ve always enjoyed seeing the direct results of the work. There’s a unique sense of accomplishment in watching a project take shape and knowing you helped make it happen. The building phase is my favorite part of the process—when the vision and planning become reality, challenges arise, and the team works together to find solutions. I’m naturally curious and analytical, and I enjoy learning, thinking strategically about what’s ahead, and bringing people together around practical solutions. I was drawn to Storey PM because of its growing team, clear vision, and collaborative culture. The opportunity to work alongside talented people on projects that positively impact the community, particularly in healthcare, made Storey an easy fit. I believe strong relationships, open communication, and composed leadership create confident project experiences and shared success.
