I've always been drawn to the energy of a jobsite—the problem-solving, the teamwork, and the momentum of turning ideas into something tangible. I started my career in general contracting, where I learned the value of boots-on-the-ground experience and clear communication. Now, in an owner’s representative role, I get to apply that same mindset from a different vantage point—helping clients make informed decisions and guiding projects forward with purpose. What motivates me most is the opportunity to build relationships rooted in trust and accountability. Every project brings its own challenges, but with the right team and a shared goal, we can create something meaningful for not only the end users but also the community that lasts far beyond the final punch list.
