The Town of Davidson is developing a new two-story Fire Station No. 1 on a 2.37-acre site. The approximately 18,500-SF facility will include four apparatus bays, administrative offices, a combined meeting room and Emergency Operations Center (EOC), and firefighter living quarters, and is designed to enhance emergency response while supporting the Town’s long-term vision for growth, sustainability, and community resilience through the pursuit of LEED accreditation and sustainable building practices.
