Berkeley Infusion Clinic
Shared Success
Delivery of an in-progress clinical upfit ahead of schedule to accelerate patient care and capture critical revenue.
Storey PM Advantage
Engaged to help the project pivot to achieve HOPD compliance, we joined an existing design and construction team to meet a new delivery timeline for the clinical upfit of an existing cold, dark shell MOB space. The project had started and paused multiple times prior to this renewed push toward completion. Working in close collaboration with end users, operational teams, and the project team, we appropriately phased the completion of the project and successfully incorporate previously purchased material into a new design aimed at achieving an HOPD designation. The resulting high-quality clinical space was delivered ahead of schedule and $200K under budget, exceeding Roper St. Francis' financial and operational goals while helping them expand patient care to meet the needs of the community.
